1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website (nuyuiv.com), booking a NUYU appointment, or receiving a NUYU service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services. These terms are a contract between you and NUYU Wellness LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company.
2. About our services
NUYU provides mobile intravenous (IV) hydration and intramuscular (IM) vitamin therapy in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. All clinical services are administered by a licensed clinician under the supervision of our medical director. We are operated as NUYU Wellness LLC and maintain professional liability coverage through CM&F.
Our services include single-session IV infusions, IM shots, multi-session packages, monthly memberships, and structured wellness plans.
3. Medical disclaimer
Content on this website is for informational and wellness purposes only. It is not medical advice, does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship, and should not replace consultation with your personal physician.
IV and IM therapy is not a substitute for medical care. Not everyone is a candidate. Before each appointment we perform a clinical screen; we may decline to administer treatment if it isn't appropriate or safe for you that day. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, immunocompromised, or have a serious medical condition, please consult your physician before booking.
Statements on this site regarding ingredients and effects have not been evaluated by the FDA, and NUYU's products and services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
4. Booking, rescheduling & cancellation
- Booking happens inside our HIPAA-compliant booking platform, accessed via the Book Now button on this site.
- Reschedules are free with 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service price.
- No-shows are charged 100% of the service price.
- Same-day appointments may be available; ask via the contact form or by phone.
5. Pricing & payment
Prices on this site are in US dollars and are subject to change. The price you pay is the price quoted at the time of booking. Payment is collected via credit card through our HIPAA-compliant booking platform or its payment processor. Memberships are billed monthly on the date you signed up.
6. Memberships
- 3-month minimum commitment on all memberships.
- Auto-renews monthly after the minimum commitment.
- 60-day rollover for unused services earned during a billing month.
- Non-transferable, tied to the named member on file.
- Cancel any time after month 3 by emailing hello@nuyuiv.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
7. Packages
- Buy 3, Get 1 and similar bundle packages must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase.
- Packages are transferable. You can gift them or share them.
- Packages are not refundable once purchased except where required by law.
- Mix-and-match across the menu is allowed within the package's tier (e.g., any premium infusion).
8. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for completed services. We do offer reasonable accommodations if a service was materially below standard. Reach out and we'll make it right. Unused membership services that have rolled over may be applied to a future visit but are not refunded in cash.
9. Intellectual property
The NUYU name, logo, infusion names ("NUYU Reset," "NUYU Athlete," etc.), copy, and all original content on this website are the property of NUYU Wellness LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUYU Wellness LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question. This limitation does not exclude liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NUYU Wellness LLC and its team from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our services.
12. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the "last updated" date and, for material changes, post a notice on the home page. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
