The most common ones we hear.

What's the difference between a package and a membership?
A package is a one-time purchase you redeem when you want. A membership is a recurring monthly commitment with discounts. Pick a package if you want to test the waters with no auto-bill; pick a membership if you've found your rhythm.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Once you're past the 3-month minimum, you can pause for up to 60 days once per calendar year. Email us and we'll set it up.
What if I miss a month?
Your included services roll over for 60 days after they were earned. So missing a month doesn't mean losing the value. You just have a window to use it.
Can a DUO membership be shared with anyone?
The two members are named at signup and stay fixed for the duration of the membership. You can update the named members at the start of any billing cycle.
Do memberships transfer between cities?
We currently serve Lancaster County and immediate surrounds, so memberships are tied to that service area. If you move outside the area, we'll work with you on cancellation without the usual minimums.
